Adaptor
pole extensions |
| |
Pole extensions can elevate the workpieces to expose
the five faces of the component so that it is suitable
for all machining operations in one set-up.
With small-batch production, normally flat steel bars
are preferred, which cover the length of the poles.
The machining operations can therefore be carried out,
without damaging the magnetic chucks. Additionally such
pole extensions can be used for many different components. |

Polar
plates |
| |
For bigger batches or mass production, polar plates
in the form of the workpiece, which has to be produced,
can be used.
Therefore, the maximum adherence of the chuck can
be better used.

Sliding
poles |
| |
Sliding poles serve to adjust irregularities like
over-dimensions in thickness or scale on the surface
of the workpiece. They secure the deformed workpiece
and guarantee parallelism and evenness. The installation
is simple and can be carried out by means of two position
pins.
A recess on the sliding poles supporting surface, enables
the operater to remove the pole easily by means of a
screwdriver. |
