The performances of the magnetic chuck have to be in accordance
with the workpieces to be machined.
It means, that the parameters for the magnetisation and the demagnetisation
can be different according to the workpiece.
The " I-button " kit permits the modification of the parameters
of the control unit of Walker Braillon Magnetics without any assistance
of an expert.
Indeed, the different parameters are register on different " I-Button
chip " boards.
The operator can easily change the board in the control unit of
the magnetic chuck. This operation does not require particular knowledge
in electrical or electronical engineering. |
